South Dakota Ag-Chievement

“AG-Chievement " is a agriculture literacy exchange program that connects South Dakota classrooms with the people who provide our food and fiber. Classroom volunteers include agricultural producers, members of allied industry  and government staff. The goal is to build a bridge of understanding to teach students about the importance of agriculture in our daily lives  and address the question:

“Is There Any Way to Have an AG-less Day?”

Classrooms are “adopted” by the volunteers for the school year. Information will be shared through videos, letters, photos, the internet and interactive classroom presentations.
